Holiday Clinics are a great opportunity to learn gymnastics and try new skills, or even to come and try if you are thinking of joining our regular classes. Cartwheels offers clinics every school holidays for recreational students. Recreational classes start from 5 years of age and first timers are welcome. Competitive sessions also run, however these are closed sessions for current students only, usually as extra training leading up to big competitions. We use a wide variety of equipment such as- sprung tumbling floor, 12m air floor, 6m long tumbling trampoline, mini trampolines, balance beams, bars, ropes, ladders and even aerial circus equipment, so that students can learn many different skills. An example of activities we cover in our clinics are- cartwheels, back handsprings, handstands, rolls, swinging, climbing, jumping, balancing and many more.

Cartwheels Gymnastics holiday clinics are suitable for children who
are beginners, or more advanced, of primary school ages 5-12.
Students are to arrive 10 minutes prior to starting time.
1. $40 per student, per session. Billed by us to you via email.
Payment must come directly to us (not P.C.Y.C) and details will be on the invoice.
2. P.C.Y.C registration is also a requirement, approx. $10 for the year.
This is a separate fee and needs to be obtained prior to your first session (can be on the day)
via the P.C.Y.C front desk before entering our gymnasium.
Please note these times can vary slightly depending on the days programming.
9:30am- Greeting students, marking attendance and sorting students into groups of ability level and age, followed by;
A fun warm up activity, stretching and commencing of gymnastics. The students will rotate around the room in a circuit style.
10:30am- Group challenge activity.
11:00am- Short crunch and sip break, including 1/2 a 'Berri Quelch Fruit Ice Block' ice block provided by us. Please send your child with an appropriate snack as 'fuel' and a bottle filled with water.
Intermittent water breaks will be given regularly throughout the session.
11:15am- Re-commencing of gymnastics circuits.
12:10pm-Group game, followed by cool down and group awards presented.
12:30pm- Parent/guardian pick up.
