What is Open Gym?
Open Gym offers 2 separate complimenting sessions-
Open Gym 'Strength & Conditioning'
Is a structured and progressive Strength & Conditioning session. This is a fitness based coach-led class.
Open Gym 'Gymnastics'
Is a semi-structured gymnastics skill based class. Participants commence the session with a structured coach-led program, and follow on with some self directed gymnastics under the supervision of the coach.
Who is it for?
Open gym is for ages 16+ and suitable for people who have previous experience in-
Session prices, times & days-
'Strength & Conditioning'- Friday 4-5pm $10/session
'Gymnastics' - Friday 5-7pm $20/session
Bookings are to be made in advance, with full payment required to complete the booking. Bookings can be made on a casual week to week OR full term to term basis. To book, click HERE.
