What is Open Gym?
Open Gym offers 2 separate complimenting sessions-
Open Gym 'Strength & Conditioning'
Is a structured and progressive Strength & Conditioning session. This is a fitness based coach-led class.
Open Gym 'Gymnastics'
Is a semi-structured gymnastics skill based class. Participants commence the session with a structured coach-led program, and follow on with some self directed gymnastics under the supervision of the coach.
Who is it for?
Open gym is for ages 16+ and suitable for people who have previous experience in-
Session prices, times & days-
'Strength & Conditioning'- Friday 4-5pm $10/session
'Gymnastics' - Friday 5-7pm $20/session
Under 18's waiver-
Under 18's must return signed waiver from a parent/guardian prior to commencing these sessions. Download the waiver HERE and email signed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Bookings are on a casual basis and need to be made in advance, with full payment required to complete the booking. You can book as many or as little sessions in one transaction OR week to week as needed. To book, click HERE.
