What is Open Gym?
Open Gym offers 3 separate sessions-
Open Gym 'Strength & Conditioning'
Is a structured and progressive Strength & Conditioning session. This is a fitness based coach-led class. 1 hour duration.
Open Gym 'Gymnastics'
Is a semi-structured gymnastics skill based class. Participants commence the session with a structured coach-led program, and follow on with some self directed gymnastics under the supervision of the coach. 2 Hour duration.
Open Gym 'Development Block'
Is a 4 week block, fully structured to be progressive for participants looking to become stronger, fitter and increase flexibility. If you are looking to learn new skills or regain old skills, this class will aim to help your body improve in a way that is fun, empowering and rewarding.

block will be held. Each session is 2 hours duration x 4 weeks.
Who is it for?
Open gym is for ages 16+ and suitable for people who have previous experience in-
Session prices, times & days-
'Strength & Conditioning'- Friday 4-5pm $10/session
'Gymnastics' - Friday 5-7pm $20/session
'Development Block' - Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm $60/per fortnight taken via direct debit.
Under 18's waiver-
Under 18's must return signed waiver from a parent/guardian prior to commencing these sessions. Download the waiver HERE and email signed to email@example.com
