1 Hour Recreational
Recreational 1 Hour programs are suitable for boys and girls 5yrs+. Recreational classes use both traditional and modified gymnastics equipment to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics and acrobatics. Recreational gymnastics is the foundation for not just all 'gymsports' but all other physical activity. Progressive programming enables each gymnast to develop co-ordination, strength and flexibility while developing diverse skills at their own pace.
Participants are divided into groups and session times to suit their individual ability level and peer group. See our timetable for days and times.
2 Hour Recreational
Recreational 2 hour is the next step from our 1 hour program. It is suitable for girls 7yrs + with previous gymnastics experience. It is the perfect step for those students who would like to do more gymnastics. These classes use both traditional and modified gymnastics equipment to teach the movements in gymnastics and acrobatics. Progressive programming enables each gymnast to develop co-ordination, strength and flexibility while developing diverse skills at their own pace, whilst learning routines and combinations. Students can register for 1 or more sessions per week if they choose.
